I believe psychology can improve everyone's quality of life.

My aim is to work in a collaborative, compassionate way to help reduce distress, develop your ability to manage any ongoing difficulties and help you develop a more meaningful and valued life. As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I use evidence-based treatments and draw on the recommendations of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE guidelines).
